I'm doing a lot of caricatures at the moment, but I forgot the hardest stuff: myself. And in this case I wanted to show no mercy and search for every little point that I do not like about me ... visually. Thankfully I can laugh about it.
I added that balloon for the sake of the little child within me, looking at it like I don't really know what to do with it.
